Flexible liner Installation Kit No. 2

This installation kit is a one-stop shop for all the components you require, providing piece of mind when coming to install your flue system.  The removal of the pot hanger is usually the most problematic part of the process, but the easy-to-use items in this Top Plate system reduces the difficulties involved in hanging your flexi liner.

This Kit includes:

A top plate, top insert sleeve and a top clamp.

A nose cone (string not included).

An adapter.

A rain cap.

A chimney notice plate required to comply with building regulations.

These specialist products ensure you install a reliable flue system for your wood burning stove. The first three components complement each other in their task of supporting the liner which is installed at the top of the chimney stack. The rain cap guarantees the protection of the chimney liner against rain, snow or other weather conditions as well as against most birds. The role of the increasing adapter is to secure the connection between the chimney liner, which is flexible and the single wall pipe which is rigid.

Delivery Information


Cost of Delivery

To find out the cost of delivery, please add the item(s) required to the Basket and then proceed to checkout. At this point you will be able to obtain a quote by entering your postcode in the appropriate section. Delivery Costs will depend on the product(s) being purchased and the location of the customer. There is no need to create an account to obtain a quote.


There are 4 delivery methods:

Royal Mail – this is used for small items with delivery expected to take no more than 3 to 5 days (excluding Sunday).

My Hermes – this is used for large items with delivery expected to take between 3 to 5 days.

DPD – this service is used for customers who have selected a Next Day Delivery service. If ordering before 2.00pm items will arrive the next day. If ordering after 2.00pm items will arrive two days after ordering.

PALLEX NETWORK – Pallet deliveries for stoves and large quantity orders


Stoves

Stoves are generally delivered on a pallet and will arrive between 2 to 3 days after dispatch. Note, stoves not in stock or hand crafted may incur a delay before dispatch – please check with one of our sales advisors for an anticipated delivery schedule.
Customers are notified by email when goods have been dispatched.

Stoves are delivered to customers’ property with a vehicle with an attached tail-lift for ease of removal. However, due to the weight of some stoves, it is asked that on arrival a customer is able to assist with the transport of the stove into the property. Two person deliveries can be obtained in some instances, although normally at an additional cost.

Stoves sent on a 'signed for service', do require customers to be at home to take collection. Sorry, but additional charges can apply for missed deliveries.

Arrival of Goods

On arrival of the goods ordered we advise customers check the contents of any box for damage during transit prior to signing for the goods. Any obvious damage found, sign for as ‘damaged’; failure to do so can result in the invalidation of delivery insurance (this allows for the refund of delivery costs to the property and the return of the goods to the company for replacement).


Difficulties with Delivery

Please contact us by email or telephone if the property is often difficult for couriers to find, if access to the property is restricted in some way, if the driveway is not level or of a material which makes it difficult to transport goods using lifting equipment.


Exact Delivery Times

As with all companies using couriers, it is often not possible to give an exact delivery date or time, although most items can be tracked by customers. If you would like to request a specific date for delivery, feel free to contact us, although we are unable to provide a guarantee that it will arrive on that date. We will always do our best.
