Product Description

This Spanish built Nestor Martin Harmony 23 7.7kw is a DEFRA approved multifuel stove produced employing both high quality cast iron and high grade steel metalwork and with a traditional design. The higher the efficiency rating the more effective output of stove heat into the room - this stove has a solid efficiency rating of 78%. All Nestor Martin stoves come with a 5 year warranty period. This stove's output is appropriate for heating an area measuring approximately 8ft (H), 22ft (L) and 21ft (W). These stoves are crafted by the European leader in home heating technology, the Nestor Martin (formerly Efel) range of wood burning stoves is the result of uncompromising engineering and over 150 years of experience.

Warranty

NESTOR MARTIN warrants that your stove will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase, except those parts that are subject to normal wear and tear and may be broken by wrong use: grates, gaskets, glass doors, handles, firebricks and enamelled parts. Parts subject to normal wear and tear and enamelled parts are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship at the installation. Any of these parts found to be defective will be repaired and replaced at no charge if the defects are mentioned a maximum of 2 days after installation. If this is the case advise your installer immediately. Parts broken after the installation due to wrong use of the stoves are not covered by this limited warranty - you will have pay any and all labour and shipping to you, installing or inspecting any replacement part(s), or stove furnished by us, and we will not be responsible for such charges or expenses under this Limited Warranty. This warranty shall not apply, and we shall have no obligations hereunder with respect to any stove, part, trim or accessory which has been subject to accident, abuse, alternation, misuse or neglect, or which has not been installed, inspected, operated and maintained in accordance with all applicable local codes and regulations and in accordance with the manufacturer's printed instructions.

Exclusions and limitations

A. OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE RESULTING FROM OVERFIRING THE STOVE. OVERFIRING CAN BE IDENTIFIED BY WARPED PLATES AND AREAS WHERE THE PAINT PIGMENT HAS BEEN BURNED OFF. OVERFIRING OF ENAMEL STOVES IS IDENTIFIED BY CHIPPING, CRACKING, BUBBLING AND DISCOLORATION OF THE PORCELAIN ENAMEL FINISH.

B. NESTOR MARTIN OFFERS NO WARRANTY ON PORCELAIN ENAMEL PARTS SUBJECT TO ABNORMALLY HIGH TEMPERATURES OR THERMAL SHOCK. ABNORMALLY, HIGH TEMEPRATURES AND THERMAL SHOCK RESULT IN CHIPPING, CRACKING, BUBBLING AND DISCOLORATION AND CRAZING OF THE PORCELAIN SURFACES.

C. DAMAGE TO A STOVE WHILE IN TRANSIT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY, BUT MAY BE SUBJECT TO A CLAIM AGAINST THE CARRIER. OUR OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FURNISHING OF REPLACEMENT PARTS, TRIM OR ACCESSORIES, OR A REPLACEMENT STOVE AT OUR OPTION, AND WE SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER MONETARY DAMAGES. SOME COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSSIONS IN THIS PARAGRAPH MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WE NEITHER ASSUME, NOR AUTHORISE ANYONE ELSE TO ASSUME FOR US, ANY LIABILITY OR OBLIGATION IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF ANY STOVE TO WHICH THIS WARRANTY APPLIES OR ANY PARTS, TRIM OR ACCESSORIES. IN ORDER FOR THIS WARRANTY TO BE VALID, THE WARRANTY CARD MUST BE COMPLETED AND MAILED WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER ORIGINAL PURCHASE TO US AT THE ADDRESS SHOWN ON THE CARD. ANY CLAIM UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHOULD BE SUBMITTED FIRST TO THE DEALER FROM WHICH THE STOVE WAS PURCHASED. IF SUCH DEALER CAN NOT BE LOCATED, THE WARRANTY CLAIM, IN WRITING, SHOULD BE MAILED TO US AT THE ADDRESS, INDICATING THE MODEL TYPE/NUMBER, HEAT OUTPUT, SERIAL NUMBER AND THE PLACE, PRICE AND DATE OF PURCHASE.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND DOES NOT REPLACE CUSTOMER’S STATUTORY RIGHTS UNDER UK LAW IN RELATION TO THE SALE OF GOODS AND SERVICES.

Delivery Information


Cost of Delivery

To find out the cost of delivery, please add the item(s) required to the Basket and then proceed to checkout. At this point you will be able to obtain a quote by entering your postcode in the appropriate section. Delivery Costs will depend on the product(s) being purchased and the location of the customer. There is no need to create an account to obtain a quote.


There are 4 delivery methods:

Royal Mail – this is used for small items with delivery expected to take no more than 3 to 5 days (excluding Sunday).

My Hermes – this is used for large items with delivery expected to take between 3 to 5 days.

DPD – this service is used for customers who have selected a Next Day Delivery service. If ordering before 2.00pm items will arrive the next day. If ordering after 2.00pm items will arrive two days after ordering.

PALLEX NETWORK – Pallet deliveries for stoves and large quantity orders


Stoves

Stoves are generally delivered on a pallet and will arrive between 2 to 3 days after dispatch. Note, stoves not in stock or hand crafted may incur a delay before dispatch – please check with one of our sales advisors for an anticipated delivery schedule.
Customers are notified by email when goods have been dispatched.

Stoves are delivered to customers’ property with a vehicle with an attached tail-lift for ease of removal. However, due to the weight of some stoves, it is asked that on arrival a customer is able to assist with the transport of the stove into the property. Two person deliveries can be obtained in some instances, although normally at an additional cost.

Stoves sent on a 'signed for service', do require customers to be at home to take collection. Sorry, but additional charges can apply for missed deliveries.

Arrival of Goods

On arrival of the goods ordered we advise customers check the contents of any box for damage during transit prior to signing for the goods. Any obvious damage found, sign for as ‘damaged’; failure to do so can result in the invalidation of delivery insurance (this allows for the refund of delivery costs to the property and the return of the goods to the company for replacement).


Difficulties with Delivery

Please contact us by email or telephone if the property is often difficult for couriers to find, if access to the property is restricted in some way, if the driveway is not level or of a material which makes it difficult to transport goods using lifting equipment.


Exact Delivery Times

As with all companies using couriers, it is often not possible to give an exact delivery date or time, although most items can be tracked by customers. If you would like to request a specific date for delivery, feel free to contact us, although we are unable to provide a guarantee that it will arrive on that date. We will always do our best.
