Product Description

This British built Beltane Brue 3.2kw is a multifuel stove produced employing high grade steel metalwork and with a modern design. The higher the efficiency rating the more effective output of stove heat into the room - this stove has a particularly high efficiency rating of 86% - one of the highest ratings in the industry. All Beltane stoves come with a 5 year warranty period. This stove's output is appropriate for heating an area measuring approximately 8ft (H), 14ft (L) and 14ft (W).

Every BELTANE is designed and built with great care and with the finest materials, ensuring quality control is an integral part of the production process. Beltane models have an extended 2-year guarantee against material faults and other manufacturing defects in line with the following warranty terms. The warranty will only apply if we have received from you the duly completed registration card within 2 weeks of purchase. If the card is not registered a statutory 1 year warranty applies. Your stove must have been purchased from an authorised Beltane dealer (Stoves-Etc) whose name must be shown on the registration card. Your stove must have been installed and serviced within 12 months of installation by a HETAS or equivalent registered engineer. This warranty covers replacement or repair of the parts found to be defective but does not cover the labour or carriage charges. Beltane reserve the right to inspect any component prior to replacement. Beltane reserve the right to refuse to provide replacement parts if the registration card has not been completed and returned.

Please note that this warranty is not transferable and is extended only to, and is solely for, the benefit of the original purchaser of the stove and will therefore only apply when the dated sales receipt as proof of purchase is produced to Beltane.


The warranty does not cover 1. Consumable service parts being repair or replacement of parts, which are subject to normal wear and tear during the warranty period or parts that require replacement in connection with normal maintenance. Such parts include but are not limited to baffles, fire bars, grate assemblies, firebricks, glass, and glass assemblies, ash trays, and sealing materials such as sealing rope. Consumable parts will require periodic replacement. 2. Stenotherm painted surfaces. 3. Damage resulting from installation and usage other than as described in Beltane installation and operation instructions, or if the installation does not conform to local building and fire and safety regulations. 4. Defects or faults caused by local conditions such as draught problems and chimney defects. 5. Damage resulting from over firing the appliance -over firing can be identified by warped plates and areas where the paint pigment has been burned off or by chipping, cracking, bubbling and discolouration of the porcelain enamel finish in the case of enamel stoves (as further described in the operation manual). 7. Damage caused by use of the wrong type of fuel. 8. Damage caused by modifications or repair other than as expressly authorised by Beltane or by the user or any other party other than Beltane. 9. Damage made while the stove is in transit. (Any appliance so damaged must not be installed or operated as this may damage any claim you may have against the carrier/authorised dealer). Please contact the authorised Beltane dealer from whom you bought the stove. 10. Damage arising where the stove has been used for commercial, business or resale purposes nor shall we have any liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. 11. Parts of products for which any manufacturer other than Beltane provides warranties.

Products repaired or replaced under the warranty are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Any claim under this warranty must in the first instance be submitted to the authorised dealer from whom the stove was purchased (Stoves-Etc). If such dealer has ceased trading or is no longer an authorised dealer please write to Beltane, indicating the model number, size and serial number, the place, price and date the stove was purchased (including the original sales receipt) the date it was installed and any other information which Beltane may reasonably require. The warranty does not affect your statutory rights and Beltane does not seek to limit liability for death or personal injury caused by Beltane’s negligence or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors. Beltane will not in any circumstances (whether under the warranty or otherwise) be responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is not a foreseeable result of its breach of this warranty.

Delivery Information

Cost of Delivery

To find out the cost of delivery, please add the item(s) required to the Basket and then proceed to checkout. At this point you will be able to obtain a quote by entering your postcode in the appropriate section. Delivery Costs will depend on the product(s) being purchased and the location of the customer. There is no need to create an account to obtain a quote.

There are 4 delivery methods:

Royal Mail – this is used for small items with delivery expected to take no more than 3 to 5 days (excluding Sunday).

My Hermes – this is used for large items with delivery expected to take between 3 to 5 days.

DPD – this service is used for customers who have selected a Next Day Delivery service. If ordering before 2.00pm items will arrive the next day. If ordering after 2.00pm items will arrive two days after ordering.

PALLEX NETWORK – Pallet deliveries for stoves and large quantity orders


Stoves are generally delivered on a pallet and will arrive between 2 to 3 days after dispatch. Note, stoves not in stock or hand crafted may incur a delay before dispatch – please check with one of our sales advisors for an anticipated delivery schedule.
Customers are notified by email when goods have been dispatched.

Stoves are delivered to customers’ property with a vehicle with an attached tail-lift for ease of removal. However, due to the weight of some stoves, it is asked that on arrival a customer is able to assist with the transport of the stove into the property. Two person deliveries can be obtained in some instances, although normally at an additional cost.

Stoves sent on a 'signed for service', do require customers to be at home to take collection. Sorry, but additional charges can apply for missed deliveries.

Arrival of Goods

On arrival of the goods ordered we advise customers check the contents of any box for damage during transit prior to signing for the goods. Any obvious damage found, sign for as ‘damaged’; failure to do so can result in the invalidation of delivery insurance (this allows for the refund of delivery costs to the property and the return of the goods to the company for replacement).

Difficulties with Delivery

Please contact us by email or telephone if the property is often difficult for couriers to find, if access to the property is restricted in some way, if the driveway is not level or of a material which makes it difficult to transport goods using lifting equipment.

Exact Delivery Times

As with all companies using couriers, it is often not possible to give an exact delivery date or time, although most items can be tracked by customers. If you would like to request a specific date for delivery, feel free to contact us, although we are unable to provide a guarantee that it will arrive on that date. We will always do our best.
